Gąski and surroanding areas
Gąski is a small summer resort located on the western coast of the Baltic Sea, 10 km from Mielno, 20 km from Koszalin and 25 km from Kołobrzeg. Gąski is first of all peaceful, calm, there are no crowds and it offers beautiful, wide beaches. This makes it an ideal place of rest for families with children.
Lighthouse
One of the most important attractions of Gąski is the lighthouse with a height of over 51.2 m, which is the second highest in Poland. It was built in 1878 and is listed in the register of monuments. The lighthouse in Gąski is open to visitors. From the top there is a picturesque view of the Baltic Sea, from where you can see Sarbinowo, Chłopy, Mielno and Unieście.
The lighthouse is located in the western part of Gąski near the Kolorowe Domki (Colourful Cottages) (approx. 300m). At the base of the tower there is a lighthouse keeper’s house and stalls with food and souvenirs.
Sunny beach
In Gąski there is a beautiful, clean and above all wide beach. Gąski is a paradise for holidaymakers wishing to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city, and the local beach is an ideal place for people who appreciate peace and quiet, as well as for families with children.
The Kolorowe Domki (Colourful Chalets) are equipped with deck chairs and beach screens.
Catering
In Gąski and its surroundings everyone will find something for themselves! In the vicinity there are numerous fish and chip shops, serving fresh fish “straight from the cutter”, bars, restaurants and cafés, and in the fishing port in Unieście you can buy fish from night fishing.
Connoisseurs will certainly be interested in the Roast Goose Festival (Festyn Pieczonej Gęsi) taking place in August in Gąski.

Gąski and the surrounding areas are a perfect place for water sports and more.
